Nocciotella

Ingredients: 

- 250 gr of hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp almond puree
- 3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
- 15 dates

Soak the dates without nucleus a few hours in spring water.
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 160 ° for 25 minutes (for a raw version, soak the hazelnuts overnight and do not heat them, it is even more rewarding but a little less tasty …)
Then rub the hazelnuts one against the other in your hands to remove a max of skin.
Mix the hazelnuts with the almond puree, the date syrup, and the cocoa powder and add some water for a smoother consistency.

Serve with crackers of gluten-free bread.

(For an even faster version, replace the dates by Agave syrup).
