Chia and mango jam

Chia and mango jam

8 pieces dry mango (tout in the water during 1/2 hour)

1 tsp raw honey

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

 

Mix everything in a processor and add a little bit of water. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids, rich in antioxydants and they provide fiber, iron and calcium.

You can keep this jam during 1 week in a jar in your fridge.
