My name is Aurelie Glorieux, and I am so excited to share with you my passions and the philosophy behind the Greatful Kitchen Experience!
Food lovers, you are at the right place! My first and foremost pleasure in life is definitely food! My dad was a multiple restaurant owner in Belgium, and so is my husband here in Southern California. I have always been around food. I love eating. And I know how much joy food can bring, especially when shared with family and friends!
Obsessed also with the search for life balance, happiness and well being, I studied Kinesiology. I completed this first degree with one in nutrition. Nothing is complete without vibrant food! Driven by this idea, I started one of the first businesses specializing in preparing detox food in Belgium. What a success in both health results and awareness. People were happy, healthy, and discovered that eating healthy could be a real pleasure!
That’s right! To me, eating healthy should not be boring, or make you feel like you are depriving yourself. With my recipes, be ready to eat the entire rainbow and to discover a whole palette of flavors! No deprivation with me! This is not my philosophy, nor what I am looking for.
When I moved to California 5 years ago, I added yoga to my healthy eating habit, and I also discovered the benefits of a longer and more holistic detox program. What a life changer for me, and hopefully for you as well! I cannot wait to share with you all these wonderful discoveries I made along all these years of passionate studying, creating and practicing vibrant cuisine and holistic detox program.
