Tahini sauce
ingredients:
– 2 tbsp tahini (organic, raw and unsalted)
– 1 tsp Tamari
– pure water (according to consistency)
– The juice of 1/2 lemon
-1 tsp UME PLUM
– Parsley and chives (or any other herb)
– ½ tsp gratted ginger
– 3 young green onions
Put the tahini, tamari and lemon juice in a bowl and add the water gradually while mixing. Once you have a smooth cream, add young onions , gratted ginger and finely chopped herbs.
