Ingredients:
– Oleaginous fruits
– Dates
– Dried Fruits
Coarsely blend oleaginous fruits (e.g.: hazelnuts, pecans, cashew soaked 12h in water and rinsed).
Add fresh dates chopped into small pieces, mix until the mixture is sticky. If it is not sticky enough, add more dates.
You can add small pieces of dried mangoes, dried figs, goji … or whatever you feel like.
Form balls with the mixture and then roll them in raw cocoa powder.
Excellent antioxidant, it also makes a very nice dessert or afternoon snack. Cacao has a lot of qualities so it can be used and abused.
