MEET AURELIE GLORIEUX, GK FOUNDER

Aurelie Glorieux is a Belgian soul living in California.
Known for her radiant energy and a kinesiologist by training, Aurelie has worked in the field of well-being for over 20 years. During her practice, she became aware of the close link between energy, mental health, and nutrition.
In 2006, she deepened her knowledge in nutrition when she discovered the the benefits of vibrant “living” food.
Convinced by the benefits of a vibrant diet, Aurelie wanted to share it with as many people as possible.
In 2013, she started the successful clean meal business “Packn’joy” in
Belgium. She delivered more than 1800 vibrant meals every week, and she received almost as much positive feedback regarding this healing diet.
For the past 12 years, Aurelie has been leading Vibrant Cooking workshops and accompanying people in their healthy eating with individual coaching and group cleanses. She helps people to change their food to improve their mood.
In 2016, Aurelie and her family decided to live a sunny lifestyle in California where they own 2 restaurants named Brussels Bistro and where Aurelie continues her holistic journey.
As a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher with Dana Damara Evolution, Aurelie also offers virtual and live retreats where she combines all her passions for traveling, yoga, spirituality, and vibrant food.
