Raw Cookies (Choco-Hazelnuts)

Ingredients:
1/3 pitted Medjool dates
¾ cup oatmeal
1 cup almond powder
¼ cup hazelnuts or crushed almonds or pecans
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
2 tablespoons hazelnut puree or whole almonds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ cc of vanilla extract
 
 
Put the dates in the blender and form a puree by adding a little water if necessary.
In a bowl, combine oat flakes, almond powder, crushed hazelnuts, black chocolate chips, and salt. Add the dates puree and mix well.
In another bowl, mix coconut oil, hazelnut puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract. Add this mixture gradually to the first and mix well.
Form small balls of dough and flatten by hand. Place 2 hours in the fridge.
To eat like that or to put 6 hours in the dehydrator for crispy cookies.
