Sunflower and beetroot houmous with mint and feta

Sprouted sunflower seeds caviar with beetroot and feta cheese

– 12 tablespoons sunflower seeds soaked (12h)

-1 garlic clove

– ½ red beet

– 4 tablespoons almond puree

– 4 tablespoons  feta cheese crumbled

-Some chopped mint leaves

– juice of 1 lemon

-3 tbsp olive oil

– 1 cs Tamari

 

Pass the sunflower seeds, garlic and beet into the extractor with the crusher cone or in your processor.

Then add the rest of the ingredients to the result.

Let macerate in the fridge a few hours and enjoy.
